hi I'm Dave Hubbard welcome to 10 minute Fitness I know there's a gazillion different fitness programs out there so you're probably asking what's so special about this well after 30 years of teaching people how to get and stay fit it comes down to this education plus motivation times application equals results the biggest missing ingredient today with fitness in my opinion is education motivation to exercise comes and goes for most people and if they look back they see a long history of stops and starts one reason for that is they've never really understood what type of exercise works best here's the first thing you need to know there's a big difference between exercise and a workout exercise is anything you do to keep moving which in our sit all day society is really important exercise is taking the stairs instead of the elevator going for a walk playing golf playing tennis but a workout is different a workout is where you stretch your body in the way it's intended to be stressed to stay healthy stress your body and great things happen neglect that necessary stress and all sorts of bad things happen 10-minute Fitness is about teaching you a 10 minute workout that if done correctly has been proven to get and keep you fit for life about this I've been doing a 10 minute workout and 10 minutes only for over 30 years and I'm in my mid 60's and going strong bottom line this works but don't take my word for it try it out for yourself doesn't matter how old you are or how fit you are you're gonna love 10 minute fit
