4 Fitness Tips for Beginners



hey guys these are four tips for anybody just starting out on their fitness journey the first one is making sure you get that before picture it's not something all of us want to do right away but it's going to be key once you're down the road on your fitness journey to look back see all the changes that you've made that the scale doesn't always show the second one is making sure you know the difference between being sore and pain soreness is normal pain is not so you want to make sure that you back off if you're feeling any pain but you can keep on working through soreness sometimes getting moving again is gonna help us work out about sort of the third one it's something that's going to help us with that soreness is making sure that we stay hydrated so there's gonna be a couple of different tips you can use for this having a jug like this and just making sure that we mark our hours through the day so you can make sure you're keeping on track so by the end of the day we're not like oh no I didn't drink my waters or I can just set reminders on your phone to people on – fourth tip is don't be too hard on yourself we're just getting started on this fitness journey and it's okay to have stumbles we all have something so just making sure that we get back up on that horse and we keep on going those are your four fitness tips I'll see you soon
