5 Min Tone Abs Workout 2, Fitness Training w/ Tammy



new videos every day hey this is Tammy and welcome to training with Tammy today we're going to work on those ABS again this is ABS part 2 and we're going to focus on all three sections of your abs once again your front or upper abs we're going to do one set for our lower abs and we're also going to do obliques your love handles so you want to grab a mat or a towel to place down on the floor you're going to want to make sure you have some water while you're working out and you want to put this in your favorites you can go back into your abs three times a week or even if you want to do abs a whole bunch to get those six-pack abs you can do it every other day if you like so let's begin for our first ab exercise we're going to target your front or upper abs we're going to do full situps so basically you want to have your knees shoulder width apart and you want to have your feet spread out because we're to put our hand in between our feet and go all the way down and through a full range of motion for a full sit-up we're gonna do a count to 12 okay so you're ready here we go 1 2 3 for five six seven eight nine 10 11 and 12 for our second app exercise we're going to focus on the lower abs we're gonna do knee bends you want to make sure though while doing these exercises that you keep your neck and head down the mat the whole entire time you can either put your hands behind your back like this if you like or out on the side either way you're going to bend both knees together and extend out and we're gonna do it to 12 you ready here we go 1 2 3 4 five six seven eight nine 10 11 and 12 for our next ab exercise we're going to work on those love handles the side oblique muscles we're going to do heel touches basically want to make sure that your knees are about shoulder width apart and all you're going to do is go to touch your heels side to side I'm going to do it for a count of 12 she ready here we go one two three four five six seven eight nine ten 11 and 12 so for our last exercise for abs are going to scissor kicks so not only do they work out your abs but it's a good workout for those legs as well you want to lay down on the mat or on your towel make sure your head and neck stay flat on the floor the whole entire time you want to make sure you don't have any kind of knee bend at all you want to have missed rig as you can you want to work out with a flat flex foot and you're just going to extend and change leg to leg and we're going to do it for a count of 12 it's you ready here we go 1 2 3 four five six seven eight nine ten eleven and twelve so those were the exercise for your abs you want to place it in your favorite so you can workout with me three times a week or even when it comes to abs you can do them every other day if you like and the very next video we're going to have is butt part two you want to put some comments in there and tell me which exercise you like or don't like so I have an idea about that and rate me also so I know if I'm doing a good job there's gonna be other videos as well we're going to have a few on how to work out with a stay bility ball or a body ball and also probably gonna have a video on stretches too so I'll see you next time Thanks bye for more great videos like this one check out the psyche truth Channel on YouTube

  3. Thanks for this video, Tammy! The exercises are great. For the knee bends, one of my hip flexors keeps popping and it hurts a little bit. Is it still safe to do this exercise? Is there a good stretch for that hip joint?

  4. I love your videos with the stomach video I have a hard time pulling my self up, would it hurt to put my feet under the couch? until I get my back strength. I am 58 and have not worked out in years.

  5. Hi I need to know how to strengthen my core since my belly hangs. I had 4 cesareans and a gallbladder removal and now I have started to exercise regularly after having them approved by my doctor. Should I increase the number of core exercises in a day (follow two videos instead of one) in order to see faster results? I'm starting to develop a six pack like muscle under my bust but the rest of my belly just hangs.

  12. Hello TAMMY i like your videos a lot, i have one question, i had a baby by C-Section 4 moths ago is it save for me to do this exercises?????
