    There are 15 Training type videos. Is it a whole circuit? I mean when i perform these exercises do i have to do all of them one after another 60 seconds rest in between them.

    And how often should I perform that circuit in a week?

  2. It is depending on your level of fitness and your intention to reach what level you would like to be. If you are a serious player and have enough time then you could do the circuit for about three-four time a week. Lee
