Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding | Lais Deleon’s Sweet No-Bake Protein Treats


Hey, everyone, I’m Lais DeLeon, NLA for Her Athlete and today I’m going to show you how to make my chocolate avocado protein pudding. First, you’re going to mash up your avocado. Then, you’re going to add cocoa powder and NLA for Her chocolate éclair protein powder. Mix this all together Then, you’re going to put mixture into your blender. Next, you’re going to add your dates and splash of non-dairy milk. Today I’m using cashew milk. Now serve and enjoy. I love this recipe because it’s a great way for me to get my healthy fats and protein while satisfying my sweet tooth.   2. I came her cause of the actual pudding recipe, and then there's mostly some thirsty guys in the comment section. Geez!

  3. I just wish some of the recipes were realistic. Like, believe me, I know these are healthy fats/protein/etc. but almost 500 calories on your snack? Most women whether cutting or bulking rarely need a whole lot of fat anyways (aka, excessive amount, 70grams plus I know you need fats to live. haha), and while this looks uhmazing, but with those macros and being in prep, this would never happen. Haha. Show a "figure girl" recipe Bodybuilding!
