Hi! Today’s summer special is fresh tender
coconut juice! This drink can be prepared in a jiffy with just four ingredients
you will require – one glass chilled tender coconut water, 1/3rd cup flesh of tender
coconut finely chopped, 1/2 cup fresh sugarcane juice or 1 teaspoon raw sugar, 1 teaspoon
soaked sabja or basil seeds. Ensure that you soak the sabja seeds in water
for at least 30 minutes before consumption. Now add the ingredients to
your blending jar and churn till smoothly blended. You can either sabja now or add it
towards the end as a topping Both tender coconut and sabja seeds are hydrating and cooling in nature and sugarcane juice is a detoxifier please
avoid store-bought processed juices Drink healthy! Be healthy!
