  1. this sounds retarded, but when i think of someone who undergoes training to (retardedly) try and pass their normal limits, i think of someone running at 15 mph, carrying 100 lb weights in each arm, and pulling a truck with a rope out of a road covered in potholes. does anyone else think of dumb things like that too?

  2. this video shows so many weird and high-risk exercises that can cause injury. i wouldn't recommend them for your training program.

  3. Now THIS shit is what the human body is meant for, athleticism! NOT sitting in front of a screen while eating and getting fatter day by day. So glad I'm in love with working out!😃😃😃
