The health benefits and uses of cucumber juice,
and how to make this at home. 1. Cucumbers are long, green fruits which are
often mistaken as a vegetable. Cucumber juice has been made for thousands
of years and can be drank for some excellent health benefits. 2. Drinking cucumber juice with lemon is helpful
in detoxing the body for those trying to lose weight. It purifies the kidneys and digestive system,
which flushes out toxins and helps your body to tap into its fat reserves. 3. Cucumber Juice is also wonderful to drink
in the summer as it is more hydrating than regular water. It contains lots of minerals and natural vitamins
which has a cooling effect. These nutrients also improve organ function
and boost overall wellbeing. 4. To make this, simply process 1 cucumber in
a blender and then sieve to produce cucumber juice. You can also add a little fresh lemon juice
to supercharge it’s healing effects. 5. Many men use this juice to relieve erectile

which have been linked to preventing cancer. A flavonoid called fisetin within may also
slow the progression of prostate cancer. 15. Antioxidants within the juice may also prevent
cell damage from oxidative stress and free radicals. This can lower the risk of cancer, macular
degeneration, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes and heart disease. 16. You may find yourself urinating more often
when drinking cucumber juice at first. This is having a diuretic effect which flushes
