Daily Fitness With Celebs | Breaking Myths With Mandira Bedi | No Pain No Gain | Fever 104 FM

hi everyone you're watching breaking myths with Mandira when we work out we experience sweet pain I'll report normal hair come here come in a chubby lap time but no pain no gain is not at all true for everyone it's a myth a lot of gym trainers use this line to motivate people is it really true that training has to hurt to be effective well I guess the short answer I've been doing strength training since past trainers so I don't feel any pain now my body is used to it it doesn't mean there are no results or gain from it that's true so the answer is that no pain no gain only applies to exception situations and sometimes only in competitive each time you start with a new form of exercise initially you will feel some amount of pain but once your body used to it you can do it easily even if you start Yoga for the first few days you'll feel some mild pain but eventually it will become easier it's generally true that very hard training is needed most areas to achieve big training gates but pain should always be avoided it is important that you listen to your body and not ignore signals like things doing it right matters a lot it's important to have a trainer long because unknowingly you can hurt some part of your body so remember sweet pain is good but if there's no pain that doesn't mean that your workout isn't working so just keep going stay tuned to break more
