  9. I'm hooked Mrs. P you and your hubby are hilarious! Your videos just give me life. One of the tricks I find useful at the gym or walking is to listen to my top 5 music hits! I know good and well I don't have rhythm but as long as I'm moving ,shaken and sweating I'm burning calories! Keep moving girl! God bless!
