  3. I've been dealing with the same problem with my knee for years now. It's arthritis from caring alot of weight around. Which prohibits me from certain workouts other than just walking. Even walking got to be no more than 15 minutes but briskly. At your size Prissy you really should consider the gastric surgery. It was created for people your size. Please don't get mad I'm just offering some great advice.
