1. You forgot to mention the type of protein. most protein bars are made from soy protein which is one of the worst source of protein you can get. read the ingredient list and look for whey protein bar. if it says soy and whey chances are it's mostly soy and a bit of whey so they can add it to the label. skip these ones as well.
