Couple of different things for me really – one thing
I know really works is managing my sleep, so making sure I get enough sleep. The second
thing is exercise so I do a lot of walking. I’m also training to do a mountain trek in a few
months’ time so I’ve been having a personalised training programme for that. I like learning
new things – one of the things I’m doing at the moment is learning the guitar, which is
a lot of fun. And then just doing random one-off events, like last night I went swimming with
a friend in the sea. Also got someone who’s going on holiday and lent me their mountain
bike which I haven’t done before, so trying new things which I find is really helpful.
