welcome to your very own Thera dalal's kitchen i nutritionist braga today will show you a wonderful post meal refresher named multi seed maquas we all like having mouth freshner after lunch or dinner so why don't we add a little health to it so in my recipe along with fennel seeds I will be using omega-3 fatty acid flax seeds and iron fiber and calcium rich sesame seeds so let's begin our recipe you so first we'll combine flax seeds flax seeds are considered to be one of the richest source of omega-3 fatty acid expecially for vegetarians so I will recommend you to have these flax seeds whenever and however you can to that I'll add black sesame seeds white sesame seeds which are also known as still fennel seeds little bit of lemon juice and salt since we are making McCoy it is very important to measure your salt so now we'll mix it well and now we'll cover and keep aside for one hour so the flavors of lemon juice and salt blend well together it's been 1r and now I will dry roast this mixture in a broad non-stick pan for two to three minutes or till you get that nice aroma it's been two minutes and you can see em across this well roasted will allow it to cool slightly and then add little sugar I'll add little powdered sugar if you do not wish to add this powdered sugar it's fine it'll taste equally good and here a multi seed Macross is ready so enjoy the goodness of health even after you're me download the dolla dolla app on your Apple and Android devices follow us on the Facebook and terlalu if you enjoy our recipes click like to see more of my recipes click here please share your comments I would love to hear them and waiting for them


  1. Great easy instructions! What do you think about adding sugar and a bit of cinnamon together with the salt and lemon juice? Would the sugar caramelize a bit and the cinnamon adding some more good flavour?
