  1. the government and police commit worse crimes against humanity everyday and nobody does anything about that so the vendor selling without a license is a harmless crime.

  2. People getting I assaulted inside the subways by EDPs.
New Yorkers: walk away mind their own business. 🚶
Churros lady: arrested and handcuff for selling churros.
new Yorkers should get there s*** together at this point.

  3. LET'S REMEMBER THOSE POLITICIANS SAYING THE POLICE SHOULDN'T BE ENFORCING THOSE CRIMES, ARE THE ONES WHO MADE IT ILLEGAL.

  4. so the liberals want the cops to just say leave? in that case let me speed then cops just has to say dont speed, let me jump the turnstile and the cop says you have to go back… the whole point is for the person not to do it to begin with, as you see she gotten a few tickets already, she hasnt learn her lesson.

  5. and for those council member who disagree with what happens, remember this, these are your laws the cops are enforcing, they dont make these laws.. you want them to stop arresting or summons people then make it legal to sell in the subways. Just make everything legal. NYC is getting really bad and this is what the media decides to report?????

  6. THIS VENDOR IS WRONG ,SHE SUPPOSED TO BE SELLING BILLIONS OF WEAPONS TO SAUDI ARABIA AND THAT WAY NO ONE WOULD BODER YOU NO ONE WOULD GIVE A FUCK , BUT SELLING CHURROS? OH HELL NO THAT IS THE BIGGEST CRIME ANY HUMAN CAN MAKE THAT IS WORST THAN LETTING THE FLINT MICHIGAN PEOPLE DIE FOR HAVING THE CLEANEST WATER IN THE USA , OR MAYBE HAVING 22 SERVICE MEMBERS COMMITING SUICIDE A DAY , BUT A SELLING CHURROS IT'S THE BIGGEST CRIME ANY HUMAN BEEN CAN MAKE THAT'S WORST THAN TELLING THE PEOPLE THAT JEFFREY EPSTEIN USED CHRISTMAS LIGHT'S TO HANG HIMSELF , FUCK OFF.

even regulated by any city health codes…anyone can get sick from those
subway churros. Cannot compromise for public health risks. This is

  12. Food Poisoning / Foodborne Illness

Each year, thousands of New York City residents become sick from consuming foods or drinks that are contaminated with harmful bacteria, viruses or parasites. The most common sources of food poisoning include raw or undercooked meat, poultry, eggs, shellfish and unpasteurized milk.

Fruits and vegetables may become contaminated if:

They are handled or processed in facilities that are not kept clean.
They come into contact with contaminated fertilizer
They are watered or washed with contaminated water.
Contamination may also occur if food is incorrectly handled by an infected food worker, or if it touches other contaminated food.

The symptoms, onset and length of foodborne illness depend on the type of microbe and how much of it is swallowed. Symptoms usually include vomiting, diarrhea and stomach cramps. If you think you became sick after eating or drinking a contaminated item, call 311 or submit an online complaint form.

Call your doctor if you experience a high fever (over 101.5°F), blood in stool, prolonged vomiting, dehydration or diarrhea for more than three days.

  13. Immigrants break American laws with impunity and they play the victim card, it wasn’t he first time getting arrested for the same crime …hopefully ICE gets involve and she can go sell that unhealthy food on the other side of the wall

  14. This has been going on forever so i dont want to hear these stupid politicians who only are acting as they care bc it went viral as a kid i remember seeing flower ladys hiding from cops in buildings yes lady sellling flowers.

  15. Funny how they let religious cults, scammers, and other nuisances operate in Roosevelt-Av Jackson Heights Station.
I found these white men playing Indian Hindu music and set up camp at Roosevelt-Av Jackson Heights Station trying to stop us commuters to join their organization. I found that rather creepy.

  16. She needs to get a venders license. Plan and simple. It's the law and a protection for her. Instead of rallies and kicking up dust. Help this woman get established. So she can continue to sell her goods.

  17. In the end of the day, it is a legitimate public health concern. Visually, to see someone in handcuffs for such a minor infraction rubs a lot of people the wrong way, including myself (though I can also understand the argument that it is for everyones safety and the person is only detained momentarily). Regardless, taking her cart away was justified, and the reality is she was written a summons and released 15 minutes later. Had the cops taken an aggressive tone for this type of infraction, the rage would have some merit. But the reality here is that the cops were calm and seemingly respectful throughout the entirety of the encounter. We need to do a better job at evaluating these types of incidents, and understanding that every interaction with the police is unique. Sometimes they do overreact, but other times we are creating a bunch of noise over nothing.

  18. Liberals and their anti law enforcement madness! If they end up getting ecoli food poisoning from the unlicense peddler, they'll be calling for the Health Dept to raid everbody with a food cart!

  19. I was nearly killed buy a food borne illness from a hustle plate someone shared with me. Something in that plate was bad or improperly stored. Bad enough to make 20 of us at work sick.
I don't mind food hustles but buyers beware. You put yourself at risk if you don't know exactly what is what with your food.

  20. Throw that bitch in jail another lawbreaker that's looking for sympathy let her go get a license to sell that crap and pay taxes another scumbag that wants to get away with murder why don't the city officials helped our get a license bunch of bulshit do-nothing politicians

  21. I am so sick of what they are doing to our police force they are doing their job the best they can!!! This is so ridiculous & out of control!!! The rules are the rules if you want to vend food you have to have a vending license… The yuppie looking asshole who just said she's just trying to put food on her table!!… Well if she's just trying to put food on her table then stop selling food you stupid idiot!!! So what if this womans in tears ..
Is this woman going to be in tears if she accidentally give somebody salmonella or dysentery one day?! I support the NYPDs decision & actions in full to remove this lady from illegally selling food in the New York City Transit system!! Bunch of goddamn cry babies!!!…

  22. no it is against the law and there is health concerns, she was told numerous times to quit doing it and didn't, what are you suppose to do, i can't go on forever, the do gooders are really nothing but troublemakers and mabe leftist freaks

  23. Let the NYPD do their job just like the lieutenant said we don't know if this is good food or bad food public health is a concern oh and as for that lady who filmed nice narrative "your taking her sh** away are fu*** kidding me", she'll probably offer her her safe space with plenty of coloring books milk and cookies ,they complain about the police presence but when somebody gets molested or assaulted then they cry out for help police police where were they, and once again somebody filming posting it making law enforcement look like the boogeyman, just let us do our job

  24. You live in a country, state and city of laws, which are enforced by the police. The police protect and serve by enforcement of laws on the books, so if you don’t like those laws, tell the clowns in city hall, Albany to repeal them.

  25. She is a health risk here in America. Get a real job. She has been summoned several times and ignored it kick her ass out she is a risk to people's health.
