hi friends, welcome to Thuglife Mallu Fitness today we are going to see a competition the competition is between two people, 2 Americans So I introduce you these 2 guys first one… Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey The second one, Dymatize Dymatize ISO100 As discussed, these 2 guys are going to compete So we are going to see who is the winner Before kicking off the competition, let me explain some basic facts normally Whey Protein is of many types. First Whey Concentrate Whey concentrate is the rawest format without much filteration This would contain more Carbohydrate and Fat The next one is Whey Isolate, which is more purified Lesser carbs and fat The ON Whey Gold is not fully Whey Isolate Hydrolyzed Isolate is obtained after more processing.
