  1. Man THANK u so much . I gained 10 pounds of muscle in 3 just 3 months just by using exercise bands and doing body weight exercises like dips,pull ups and push ups, all at home. I highly suggest everyone to give this method a try since it worked for me. By the way this is the band that I bought from amazon and i'm very happy that I bought this band because it goes from light weight to 110 lbs.
